Here is our details:
- Target behavior:
Cleanliness and Manner
- Target group (individual):
His name, Imran. He is 14 years old boy live at Gombak.
He is a son from K-Shop IIUM owner. The method we were decided to observe him with face to face and through social networking which is Facebook.
- Baseline measure (through observation):
Time measure:
3 weeks, starting from next week (8/4/2013) until (26/4/2013)
Daily observing to the target group by different group members visiting the subject at the shop.
Criteria:
1) cleanliness (physical appearance): e.g hair, cloth, nails, shoes and keeping things in a place
2) manner: ethics between his family, customer, strangers and acquaintance.
Divided into two types of manner verbal and non verbal communication.
For example, verbal communication, we would like to observe how he greet customer
such as give salam, thanks people who come to his shop and ethics of communication
such he use proper language or not.
For non-verbal communication, in how frequent he
smile when he see people and observe through Facebook on how he communicate with us in terms of
his writing skills with us.
We hopes our da'wah project run smoothly and success to achieve our mission and vision for the project.
In shaa Allah :)
